One 60 minute Initial Nutrition Assessment

To assess your current diet, training, and lifestyle habits to meet you where you’re at right now. I design a customized nutrition plan based on your needs and performance goals- never a template or cookie cutter meal plan.  

 This plan also eliminates the mentality of foods you have to “give up” and instead focuses on the things you should be including to hit your time goals, body composition goals, and have the best race possible. I’ll help you cultivate a healthy relationship with food so that you never have to go on a diet again.

Bi-Weekly Phone Call Follow-Ups for Accountability

These sessions are the key to reaching your goals. We check in with your progress, any issues before, during, and after training, and assess how well you’re learning to fuel your body.  

Weekly Email Access and Support

 Have a quick question after your session ended? This program includes two email exchanges a week.

 Specific Race or Training Guidelines

We’ll cover what’s available on the course and map out a hydration and fueling plan, where to eat locally leading up to race day, and how to train nutrition-wise for the race based on the terrain and environment.

Weekly Food + Mood Journal Feedback

Weekly feedback on your food, hunger, and mood journal in a private portal. This is so important for checking in with hunger cues, fueling properly, and altering habits.

 In this session, I assess your current diet, training, and lifestyle habits to meet you where you’re at right now. I design a customized nutrition plan based on your needs and performance goals- never a template or cookie cutter meal plan. 

 This plan is a detailed course of action that is designed to teach you how to eat, why you’re eating it, how it benefits you, and how it will help you reach your goals. 

 Specialized guidance will also include fueling for endurance and recovery, injury prevention, hydration protocol, race and race week fueling, and personalized sports nutrition supplement/ergogenic aid recommendations tailored to your needs.

 This plan also eliminates the mentality of foods you have to “give up” and instead focuses on the things you should be including to hit your time goals, body composition goals, and have the best race possible. I’ll help you cultivate a healthy relationship with food so that you never have to go on a diet again.

My main goal is to help you perform at your best without a crazy strict diet. When we work together, I will never ask you to give up your favorite foods. With this program, we create a sustainable lifestyle that you can stick to long-term in order to reach your goals.

Want to maximize your time with me? Accountability is the key. Having me hold you accountable will help you stay motivated, on track, and never feeling like you’re doing it alone.

Weekly sessions help you stay on track with realistic and sustainable goals to push you towards your long-term goals. I’ll make personal suggestions aimed at your biggest challenges to keep you focused but not overwhelmed. 

Daily Food + Mood Journal Feedback

Daily feedback on your food, hunger, and mood journal in a private portal. This immediate feedback will help you make changes sooner and see results faster.

Unlimited Private Texting/Email Access and Support

 Have a quick question after your session ended? Did something unexpected come up? Wondering about a supplement or protein bar while shopping? This program includes unlimited email and private texting in a secure portal with access to me so I can help when something pops up.
